I know. This is long overdue. Very sorry for the wait! I’ve had such a busy month with NFT’s. You can read about my NFT journey here.

If you’re not up to date, you can read about my June spending habits here. Anyways, let's get started!

Revenue

  • Work: $5,186.82
  • Poker: $693.65
  • Medium: $3.90
  • Interest: $0.15

Total: $5,884.52

Last month I made $4,554.57. Getting three paychecks a month is such a blessing. It’s a free $1,700 for me!

The poker club is still going surprisingly strong. However, it is taking up a lot of my time nowadays and I’d be pretty content if it has a slow death. I want to spend my time pursuing other endeavors. But, the skills I’ve learned managing the club are priceless. Dealing with angry players, managing liquidity, and of course playing poker is hectic but exciting. I do want to detail my experience as a poker manager and player.

I have a few side businesses on the crypto side, specifically NFTs. I run a horse racing and breeding business, JPEG flipping business, and I’m going to start making some JPEGS on photoshop to sell. However, all of my profits either go back into NFTs or crypto. I don’t actually have much USD so I do not count it as “revenue”.

I’ve pretty much bet the farm on crypto. My career, my investments, and my time. I‘m not sure how I can translate my endeavors into this spending analysis. Hmmm.

Expenses

  • Rent: $954.25
  • Healthcare: $381.30
  • Entertainment: $283.26
  • Groceries: $249.19
  • Restaurants: $60.86
  • Home: $59.93
  • Utilities: $42.38
  • Subscriptions: $41.68
  • Transportation: $40.93
  • Bars & Nightlife: $37.99
  • Clothing: $15.41

Total: $2,167.48

Overall, I spent 36.83% of my income.

Last month I spent $2,467.86. This month I spent $300.38 less. A pretty light month in terms of expenses.

Now that I’m on my own plan I totally get how annoying the healthcare system is. Why is so complicated? I don’t want to read this 500-page document. What’s a deductible? What qualifies under my healthcare? So I can get these meds shipped but not those? Why was this website built in 2001? What a mess.

Entertainment was higher than usual due to my purchase of 2 Bored Ape Yacht Club basketballs. I feel like these classify more as investments but this was probably the best category to put them in.

I’m already kind of sick of bars. They’re just not very fun unless I spend a lot of money and get super drunk. My wallet likes that.

Everything else seems pretty normal. I had a pretty light month mostly because I stayed in most weekends and worked. When you spend time doing work you can’t spend money.

Final Thoughts

Gross Income: $3,717.04

This is really good.

I put all of this money in Ethereum and NFTs. It’s honestly just a matter of time until ETH hits $10,000. I’m sure of it (Not financial advice).

My NFT portfolio is now worth over $100,000. I have 1 NFT worth $99,000 as of today. The exponential growth has been ridiculous. It’s hard to even comprehend the bull run we are in with NFTs.

It’s tough deciding to buy crypto or NFTs with my extra income but I don’t think I can go wrong either way.

I need to do some thinking on my investment goals. What am I saving up for? Right now I’m just making money because I’m (relatively) good at it and it’s fun. But what’s next? I don’t want a car, house, or even a bed frame (haha). I’m too focused on chasing the bag right now.

Anyways, I appreciate anyone who made it this far! See you next month!
